What we offer our crew
Career Progression
At My Therapy Crew we have a structured career progression program for all our team members including administrative staff, allied health assistants and therapists. Our crew have the opportunity to demonstrate their increasing knowledge and skill levels, and to progress through our levels, these being junior, intermediate, senior and lead.
Growth
Come and join the best crew in town. At My Therapy Crew you will be well supported, with regular supervision, peer mentoring groups and opportunities to grow in your professional skills. We have weekly in-house professional development to help and support our therapists.
We welcome applications from new graduates - we provide peer mentoring, fortnightly supervision with a senior therapist and opportunities for senior therapists to accompany you on client visits. You will be fully supported with an extensive induction program, comprehensive administration support and access to all the assessments and resources you need.
Administration Support
We have extensive administration support so that our therapists can do what they do best – be therapists! At My Therapy Crew you will be well supported with our administration team who manage scheduling, payments, service agreements and everything you need to focus on your clients.

Our main clinic is centrally located on Level 2 at 1808 Logan Road, Upper Mount Gravatt.
