Client Information

Tuesday 24th June 2025

As a registered NDIS provider, My Therapy Crew adheres to the NDIS Price Arrangements and Price Limits. The NDIA published the 2025–2026 pricing updates on 16 June 2025.

As a result of changes contained in the 2025-2026 Price Arrangements and Price Limits, My Therapy Crew is required to undertake a number of changes to ensure ongoing delivery of services to all our valued clients, who access our services with both NDIS and other funding sources.

Effective from 1st July 2025, our travel pricing and some service pricing will be changing.

Travel

The MMM (Modified Monath Model) is a geographical classifications system used by the NDIA to categorise locations based on remoteness. We have adopted this classification system for calculation of travel costs.

  • Zones 1 – 3 are classified as National
  • Zones 4 - 5 are considered Remote
  • Zones 6 - 7 are Very Remote

You can determine your MMM zone here

The following Travel Time Limits apply:

  • MMM Zones 1-3 (National): Maximum 30 minutes of travel time can be claimed per therapist/allied health assistant each way
  • MMM Zones 4-5 (Remote): Maximum 60 minutes of travel time can be claimed per therapist/allied health assistant each way
  • MMM Zones 6-7 (Very Remote): Providers can negotiate travel costs with participants, and there is no time limit.

Because of these changes, travel charges (labour and non-labour) may vary for each visit. Return travel will be evenly apportioned across all clients seen by a therapist across a day.

Tolls, Parking and any other travel related expenses

Expenses related to any face-to-face visits such as road tolls, parking, public transport fares will be charged as Provider Travel – Non-Labour Costs.

Services

Pricing for the following disciplines will also change. All other disciplines remain the same.

Occupational Therapy, Positive Behaviour Support, Physiotherapy, Music Therapy and Allied Health Assistant ongoing appointments

To provide the best possible service, our therapists and assistants spend time before an appointment to prepare, with a focus on tailoring each session to your specific needs. Until now, we have absorbed these costs without passing them on to clients. However, this is no longer sustainable. They also spend time after your session updating their case notes, capturing any follow-up that will help maximise your continued progress.

We have been reviewing how we can structure these services on order to best support you. To achieve this, these therapists and assistants will now have dedicated preparation time prior to your session, this will allow them to prepare for more meaningful interactions with you. This time may include (but is not limited to) selecting the most appropriate activities and resources and setting up the session space to best achieve your goals.

This means that the important task of completing session notes and capturing any follow-up or planning to maximise your continued progress, is booked separately within their day and is dedicated to you.

From the date you receive an updated service agreement from us, your next invoice will reflect these changes:

  • Your scheduled 1-hour appointment will include 15 minutes of preparation and 45 minutes of direct session time. This will reflect on your invoice as 1 hour face to face time.
  • The post-appointment note-taking will appear as another 15 minutes. This will reflect on your invoice as 15 minutes non face to face time.

These updates ensure that the time you spend in therapy with My Therapy Crew is as effective and beneficial as possible. We remain fully committed to delivering services that reflect value, are focused on your goals, and are rooted in evidence-based practices.

Service Agreements

New service agreements will be generated detailing this updated information and sent electronically over the coming weeks.

Should you wish to discuss any of your services and these changes please don’t hesitate to contact your local clinic. These contact details are listed below. We ask that you review these and return at your earliest convenience.
