As a registered NDIS provider, My Therapy Crew adheres to the NDIS Price Arrangements and Price Limits. The NDIA published the 2026–2027 Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits on Tuesday 23rd June 2026, effective from 1st July 2026.
As a result of these changes, My Therapy Crew is required to undertake several updates to ensure the ongoing delivery of services to all our valued clients who access our services through the NDIS and other funding sources.
Effective from 1st July 2026, the following service pricing will change.
Services rate changes
The services listed below have changes to their hourly rates and provider travel labour costs. All other service pricing remains unchanged.

Services and invoicing
To provide the best possible service, our therapists and assistants spend time before an appointment preparing for your session to ensure it is tailored to your specific needs. They also spend time after your appointment completing clinical documentation and capturing any follow-up actions to maximise your ongoing progress.
From 1st July 2026, your invoices will reflect the following:
- Your scheduled face-to-face appointment time will appear as Direct Service.
- Up to 15 minutes of pre-appointment preparation will appear as Preparation – Non Face to Face Services.
- Up to 15 minutes of post-appointment documentation will appear as Notes – Non Face to Face Services. Clinical notes are a legal requirement for AHPRA, Speech Pathology Australia and other relevant professional registration bodies.
These updates ensure the time you spend in therapy with My Therapy Crew is as effective and beneficial as possible. We remain committed to delivering services that provide value, are focused on your goals, and are based on evidence-informed practice.
Service Agreements
As outlined in your Service Agreement, fees are subject to change. If you do not wish to continue services under the revised pricing, you may terminate your agreement by contacting us on 1800 942 957 or by email at admin@mytherapycrew.com.au.
Fees are subject to change.
The fees for services and supports outlined in your Service Agreement may be reviewed and adjusted by My Therapy Crew or in response to changes to NDIS pricing arrangements. We will notify you as soon as practicable of any changes.
You have the right to terminate your agreement if you do not wish to continue receiving services at the revised fees. If you continue to receive services after the pricing change takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised fees.
A new Service Agreement is not required where fees change. Revised support item prices will be applied, and where services are Agency Managed, the number of units for each support item will be adjusted accordingly.
