Wife to Matt and mother of 4, Judy loves meeting new people and is passionate about Occupational Therapy. She thinks it’s the best job in the world and is genuinely shocked it’s not everyone’s profession of choice.
In 2004, Judy graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours 1).
Judy has over 20 years of experience working with people, their families and support networks. She is able to work across the lifespan, with her specialty being complex disability.
Judy has a great understanding of the NDIS practice framework. She has had extensive experience working with Disability Services QLD and brings that knowledge of government systems into her interactions with NDIS.

On the weekends you’ll find Judy practicing pilates, serving in her church and going for long walks with friends. Judy loves spending time with her kids and is an avid coffee drinker. She loves being the Principal OT at My Therapy Crew and counts it a privilege to work alongside the team and hear the good news stories of what is happening for clients.
Claudia graduated from Edith Cowan University in Western Australia in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science (Occupational Therapy) and completed a Masters in Advanced Occupational Therapy in 2024 at Monash University. Claudia demonstrates high clinical skills in outreach service provision, paediatrics and adult rehabilitation and works closely with participants, their families and supports with high cultural competence and inclusivity. Claudia is also deeply passionate in clinician education with supporting junior therapists and connecting with local universities to support students, ensuring they feel confident and empowered in all the work they do.

Claudia moved from Perth to Darwin in 2021 to explore the Top End and all its natural beauties. On the weekend, you can find Claudia exploring nature, 4WD, camping or spending time with friends.
Dearbhla is originally from Ireland and made the move to Australia in 2022, starting the journey in Sydney before making the move to Darwin.
Dearbhla graduated from the National University of Ireland Galway with an honors degree, before beginning her career as an Occupational Therapist in Manchester in the UK.
Her professional journey has been varied working across a diverse population including acute inpatient, community, major trauma, surgical, palliative care, neurorehabilitation, orthopedics, older adults and vocational rehabilitation.
What she finds most rewarding about Occupational Therapy is helping clients achieve their goal, to increase their independence and quality of life.

Chloe graduated from Charles Sturt University, Port Macquarie in 2023 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy and an Executive Deans Award for Academic Achievement. Whilst studying, Chloe was employed as an Allied Health Assistant at her local hospital, providing acute support to the occupational therapy and physiotherapy departments.
Chloe moved to Darwin to commence her role as a new graduate occupational therapist at the beginning of 2024. Chloe is passionate about rural and remote health and values being able to provide outreach services to Indigenous Australian communities in the Northern Territory.
We asked Chloe a few questions and here's what she shared with us!
What do you do at My Therapy Crew?
As an occupational therapist, my job is to think creatively and problem solve with clients to help them to be independent and do the things that are important to them.
What is your superpower at work?
I am an IT guru and can fix most IT problems that pop up. I am often the first point of call for the Darwin crew when their laptops have the Monday blues.
Tell us a little more about you
I love to spend most of my weekends fishing and camping, hobbies which help to fill my cup. My most memorable fish was a 17-kilogram Spanish Mackerel that I caught off the coast of Darwin.
My favourite quote or motto
Work Smarter Not Harder – I love this quote because we all already have so much on our plates in our daily lives, so why should we be adding more to it when there are ways to do things that are quicker, more efficient, and easier!
What do you enjoy about working with My Therapy Crew?
I love the positive workplace culture that MTC has, everyone is so happy to work for MTC and it really shows in their everyday mood.
What is your go to snack during the workday?
Does coffee count as a snack? Otherwise, my go to would be red lifesaver lollies or yogurt pouches.
What's one thing we might not guess about you?
I am such a foodie, I love trying new restaurants and food spots. I worked in hospitality for 4 years at a very popular restaurant in my home town and this sparked my passion for good food!
Michaela is a Darwin native who relocated to Townsville to pursue her higher education. In 2023, she graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Research Honours Class 1) from James Cook University.
Driven by a strong belief in the power of support and adaptation, Michaela chose Occupational Therapy as her career path. She is passionate about assisting individuals in achieving their goals, with a particular interest in mental health, paediatrics, disability, and aged care.
Prior to completing her degree, Michaela spent time living and working overseas, a period she considers a significant highlight of her life. She is an avid traveler with a passion for exploring new cultures and dreams of one day practicing occupational therapy internationally.
In her spare time, Michaela enjoys spending time with loved ones, exploring the outdoors, experimenting with new baking recipes, paddleboarding, and connecting with friends across the globe.
Jasmine is an Occupational Therapist from Perth, WA. Jasmine loves exploring the local area of Darwin and seeking out adventure! During her studies, Jasmine worked as a disability support worker, collaborating closely with her clients and families to support meaningful daily routines and activities.

What do you do at My Therapy Crew?
I am passionate about creating opportunities for everyone to engage in meaningful, enjoyable activities that enrich their lives and foster a sense of belonging. She hopes to use her creativity to support and challenge clients to achieve their goals in therapy. Each day I makes sure I walks into work with a smile to set the tone for her day!
What is your superpower at work?
I make sure all the lollies are eaten in time for our next order!

With a passion for working with both children and the geriatric population, she is currently pursuing a Master’s in Speech and Language Therapy at Charles Darwin University. She is dedicated to enhancing her skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.

Jesse is a devoted husband and father of three who calls Glasshouse Country on the Sunshine Coast home. Ruth is a qualified CPA (Certified Practicing Accountant) since 2006 after completing her Bachelor of Business degree at QUT in 2003. Prior to joining My Therapy Crew, she worked in areas including Compliance, Policy Writing and Accreditation in the education sector. Ruth joined My Therapy Crew in 2021, assisting Matthew in various accounting and practice management tasks.
